Our Charism, since its origin, has a clear social projection.  St. Vicenta Maria lived out the interest in defending the fundamental rights of the young domestic workers, affirming in her dignity and fought to "preserve from dangers and to improve the class of the servants girls, whose class nobody had paid attention".

Her preoccupation for a noble insertion of the young girl in the society is not only for the good of herself but that the fruit of the desire is that she may arrive to " christianize " her environment of work, in which the Good  lives,  may project in the society...Her desire to give quality to the work of the young girls springs up of the certainty that only a serious professionalism can draw out respect, appreciation and at the same, to transmit other values that go with this professionalism.   

Accepting the Gospel demands to incarnate faith in the social, laboral, and public life. To live out the Gospel is to commit herself to justice and to defend the dignity of all persons and their fundamental rights making us sensibles " to the love for man, and in the first place for the poor, in whom the Church sees Christ ".
