SUNDAY: Your dwelling will be the wound on the right hand of our Lord, wherein your soul will look at itself from time to time like in a mirror, to discover in her the comparison of the works, patience, perfection of Christ, your imperfections, your impatience, the smallness of your works. Thus, humbled,  you will ask pardon from this Sovereign judge, saying: Pardon me, oh my God, and save with your goodness what you can comdemn with justice.  You will present to the Lord the pain of having offenden him with repeated acts of contrition and to endure with the spirit of expiation all that one offers to suffer in this day.  Perform : Ten acts of contrition      

MONDAY: Your dwelling will be the wound on the left hand of the Divine Saviour:  in it will be like in a school of charity, looking with love to the creatures left pierced by a hard nail; you will learn from it true charity for your sisters, proposing to be sweet and condescending with everybody and in all ocassions. This day you will exercise especially in the sweetness and patience, will do various interior acts of love to your neighbor.  Perform:  Seven interior acts of love to the Sisters and to our Congregation.  

TUESDAY: Today you will withdraw to the wound on the right foot of our Lord Jesus Christ, contemplating in how much he has ran to get and bring you back to the fold of a Good Shepherd: you will be hidden in this wound to keep you from the shelter of the wolf, this is the demon, and much more your pride and your own will.  You will ask Him that you may not walk in the other path but one of His love and you will say to Him: My beloved Jesus,.......that I may not be strayed from You, I don't like other pastures than those You will give me. This day, going and coming to all parts, thinking that you walk in following your Good Shepherd, never lose the ocassion in something to humble you.  Perform:  Five acts of humility.  

WEDNESDAY: You will enter in the wound on the left foot of Jesus like a soldier to take new breath and effort: you will look bound to fight againt numerous enemies, do not be afraid, for if you fight with all you courage and strength, little by little, you will defeat them because Jesus fights for you; this Lord could  exempt us from the fight but does not want it, making us triumphant in being weak. Weak that we are, we may discover his strength in our weakness. Ask Him frequently: Lord, I am yours, save me, I don't have strength, but in You, I don't have victory but for You.  This day you will exercise in continued mortifications of your passions.  Perform: Three acts of patience and to mortify three times the tongue and the sight. 

THURSDAY: You will enter in the wound of the Divine Heart like in an oven of aflamed love; there your soul will have no more liberty than to love, more power than of love, nor more desire than be consumed itself in love; in this fire will disappear like a  straw  your pride and your own will; and embraced in this love, you may not love less all that God loves and you will show it especially in your Sisters.  You will repeat this day with frequency: I live, I am not I anymore,  but Jesus lives in me and I live for His love.  You will try to study this day the movements of the Divine Heart where you have withdrawn and formed with Him your intentions and desires.  Perform:  Ten acts of the love of God.  

FRIDAY: You will put your dwelling at the foot of the Cross, considering in it Jesus like a beloved mother that has conceived you inside His Heart with infinite sorrows.  You will rest in His Heart and in His arms like a child in the arms of his mother, where he finds his comfort and security.  Therefore, abandon yourself to this divine Heart without restlessness nor distrusts, satisfied in loving Him in this present moment, without desiring another thing outside this love.  Perform:  Ten acts of abandonment in the hands of the Lord.  

SATURDAY:  In this day you will accompany the Most Holy Virgin in her sorrow, looking as she has in her arms her dead and disfigured Divine Son for my sins; you will tell her that she may not forget in her sorrow the will of this Lord  in leaving her own Mother and that she may assist you in all instances of your life, promise to honor her with your behavior, making you an honorable child of hers.  Perform:  Five acts of love to the Most Holy Virgin and to mortify five times your own will.
