have to love the work as an instrument that gives
happiness and peace to their souls.

disposition in the fulfillment of their labors, and this
will spread out the good and the greater Glory of God.
4. They have to be pious and of good manners and have the
disposition to learn what is being taught them.
5. They must love the work as their only patrimony, to
embrace it as a divine commandment and to carry it out
well and know the obligations of a good servant.
6. Youth, belonging to the Colegio, have to
distinguish themselves from the other servants, by their
modesty, cleanliness, compusure, good manners and have
to be appreciated for their fidelity and honesty.
7.
Not to count on their own strength for the faithful
completion of their duties but to turn to the Lord and
to His Holy Mother frequently, in prayers and good deeds
inorder to obtain light that may guide them along the
safe path.

should not retire to bed without examen, though it may
be brief,
the works of the day that have passed, asking our Lord
pardon for the faults that might have been committed.
9.
They will be afable and charitable to everybody, never
subservient nor flatterers... Obedient to their
employers and to respect also others who are dependents
of the house, considering that charity is the best
link of union.
10.
They have to take care of what to say for the tongue
commits many and grave sins.
