If one is to arrive at one
hundred years of life is already
something extraordinary, no doubt it is
much more when one arrives in full dominion of the faculties. A cane
in the hand inorder to cover the
dependence of the house and to know the
sisters; which are the more
urgent necessities ; to greet the young girls and
taking advantage, between jokes, to
tell them something that may bring
themselves closer to God.
The daily
news in the Newspaper, to know what is
happening in the world and to fill with
contents the times of prayer. The
pen always in hand to write letters,
verses or jokes....whatever may help more
the addressee. The rosary continually
entangled in the fingers to remember the
Virgin whom she knows already; that
young men and women and adolescents need
her protection and motherly comfort.

players and bullfighters... in a room
perfectly clean and orderly. A room with
a door always open to welcome who
arrives and meets Sr. Tarcisia, her 100 years have
not obliged her yet to stillness.
God has been good with her.
God
was good with the Congregation when she
was gifted to us 84 years ago. God is
good today when He makes us enjoy her
smiling face, her simplicity, her love
and her serenity. God is
good when He
provokes in her and in all the
people that we know a profound feeling
of thanksgiving for what Sr.
Tarsicia is and what she represents.
